NJspots Branding
NJspots is a popular New Jersey tourism brand in the state. Its primary goal is to reshare user content on social media, and they needed a catchy new logo that incorporated the concept of location sharing. The logo was also designed to be printed as a sticker to help spread the hashtag at locations throughout New Jersey.

American Jewelry Supply Catalog
This 300 page catalog for American Jewelry Supply was among the biggest solo projects of my career. It took upwards of three years to complete, in which I categorized, photographed, illustrated, and indexed much of the contents in this collection of products for jewelry production. This catalog set a new standard in the industry and served as a major guide for sales in the company.

Best Pup Save the Date
This save the date was designed to be a fridge magnet, but the main star, Patch, needed to have a proper photo shoot. He got dressed up in his best wedding attire, and he posed perfectly for his parents. The rest of the design fell into place.

Photorealistic Vector Art
I often use detailed line art paired with full-color rendering to communicate clarity and depth in a single frame. This approach lets me highlight both structure and finish – making it ideal for showcasing complex forms, illustrating functionality, or guiding the viewer’s eye with intent. It’s about visual storytelling that feels both technical and expressive.

Monmouth University Photography Club
As a founding member of the Monmouth University Photography Club, I was tasked with designing the logo for the group. The logo has been in use since 2011 and the club attracted many students to the photography department.

Save the Date Photo Shoot and Design
Some projects call for more than just design – they need direction, collaboration, and storytelling. For this custom save-the-date, I led a full concept shoot and built the postcard from the ground up. Working closely with Kristine and Jeff, we turned a simple announcement into a playful, personal moment with a clear visual voice.

R-Men Signing Poster
Inspired by a love for comic books and an iconic X-Men cover, Ryan and Rocky requested a special poster to be designed for their wedding. Instead of a usual signing book, a this poser was designed to be printed large for guests to sign. The final result makes for a great piece of wall art to hang in their home.

Richard Braithwaite
As the family genealogist, I have uncovered a very deep and interesting history in my ancestry. One of the most interesting discoveries was finding my 11th great-grandfather was the 17th century, English, poet, Richard Braithwaite. He was most notable for coining the word “computer.” I made a short video about him and in revealing his image, I transformed a drawing I found into an AI generated picture with Midjourney, though I made some refinements in Photoshop. Then I went a step further and brought him to life so he could tip his hat, and I utilized Adobe Firefly to help with that. All of this was blended in After Effects.

Real Estate Brochure
This real estate brochure probably best exemplifies a combination of my total skillset in photography and design. This house in particular was a gem and took over two days to photograph and floor plan. Once the data was acquired, I got to work editing the photos and drawing out the plans. Then I put all the best work into this eight page brochure and notated the location where each photo was captured.

Indutherm Banner
My design work branched out on an international scale as I helped our German vendor, Indutherm, create trade show banners for their casting machines. The VC 480 was one of their top of the line models for big, industrial operations. This banner went on to see the world and brought a lot of attention to American Jewelry Supply

Real Estate Aerial Floor Plan
Every so often in real estate shoots, you get a property with a beautiful floor plan and this home in Northern New Jersey was no exception. The layout was perfect for matching my meticulous floor plan measurements to an aerial view from my drone. It really only works best if on one story structures, and this home only had a couple second story rooms to add to the layout.

Looking Down on Dear Old NY
Passionate about photography and videography, my great-granduncle, Artie Kuhlman, was a lot like me. He would wander around New York City in the mid-20th century, capturing as much as he could on his 16mm camera. In one such film reel my family and I preserved, he filmed New York City from the top of Rockefeller Center in April 1950. I decided to take all the sharper frames from his view looking south, and combine them into a panoramic photo. Then I filled in the gaps with similar images I could find online, and generative AI. The result was this collaboration nearly 75 years in the making.

Aurora Announcement
It goes without saying that the birth of my daughter, Aurora, was a proud moment in my life and I couldn’t wait to share my vision of an announcement with the world. This was mostly a photography-centric project, but photographing dogs and babies is a challenge in itself. Thankfully I was able to shoot each individual separately and piece it all together in this birth announcement.

Aurora Thank You Cards
Aurora’s baby shower thank yous were sent out shortly after her birth, and like her birth announcement, I was obsessed with photographing my newborn daughter. This was from a photoshoot with her buddy, Archie, who was a little jealous of having a smaller creature in the house.

2011 Hurriquake
This may be a simple design, but shortly after the Virginia earthquake and Hurricane Irene struck within days of each other on the eastern seaboard, I created this graphic. It went on to sell a number of coffee mugs on Cafepress.

Bright Yellow Taxis
This is an early piece in my career, but a favorite. Photographed from the top of the Empire State Building in 2005, I later re-edited it to selectively highlight the yellow taxis below. This went on to sell as wall art many times and has been a featured photo in my New York City collection.
